DIRECTIONS
1 - General Directions
II Sogno is located approximately 1.5 to 2 hours drive North of Rome and Rome airport (FCO). The Estate is located approximately 13 Kilometers from Porto Santo Stefano on Monte Argentario.
From Porto Santo Stefano proceed on the Strada Vicinale Di Scorreria to La Cannelle Spiaggia
Please continue on Strada Vicinale Di Scorrere for approximately 15-20 minutes. Note the road is a windy/narrow road.
You will pass the sliding gate to La Cannelle Spiaggia. DO NOT enter the gate. But instead proceed on the road for 1.15 kilometers until you see a gate on your left MARKED C-20.

2- By Train from FCO
From Rome Airport take the Leonardo Express Train to Roma.
At Termini Station, you can transfer to the train to Orbettello.
Please allow at least 20 minutes to walk to the far end of the Termini station to get to the Orbetello train.
This train is generally known as Pisa Centrale with stops at Civitavecchia + Orbetello. The train journey is about 2.5 hours.
To SAVE TIME, you can transfer from the airport train and switch to the PISA train at Tastevere before you even arrive to ROME
There is a Bus that runs regularly from the Orbetello Train Station to Porto Santo Stefano. This bus runs every hour and takes 20 minutes.

WALK - 0.75 Miles to gate / 1.00 Miles to the beach (approximately 30min all together)
